Do I need to provide my own cleaning products, as with some other companies?
You don’t need to worry about a thing! ❤️
Our cleaning specialists arrive fully equipped with professional cleaning products from Chemspec (USA), Global (UK) and Alltec (UK), carefully selected for different fabrics and surfaces.
Each technician brings a complete set of professional cleaning solutions — usually 5 to 15 different products — as well as microfibre cloths, brushes, a mop, bucket, sponges, scraper, pet-hair brush and, of course, a professional extraction cleaning machine.
👉 You don’t need to prepare anything at all. Just open the door and we’ll take care of the rest! 💯😃
Do you provide cleaning services at the customer’s location?
Yes, all our services are carried out directly at the customer’s property.
You do not need to worry about transporting furniture, rugs or carpets — we come to you, not the other way around.
Our team arrives fully equipped and ready to work. Whether you need upholstery cleaning or rug and carpet cleaning, everything is done on site — quickly, efficiently and without unnecessary mess.
This saves you time, avoids the risk of damage during transport and ensures that everything is cleaned exactly where it is needed.
What areas do you cover?
We mainly provide our services throughout the Tricity area and within a 30 km radius of Gdańsk, Gdynia and Sopot.
If you live in Tczew, Pruszcz Gdański, Borkowo or Banino, we have good news — there is no travel charge.
📍 Live a little further away? No problem — we will prepare an individual quote for you. For bookings worth more than PLN 600, we also offer free travel outside our standard service area.

How long does furniture upholstery take to dry after cleaning?
It depends on several factors, including the type of fabric, the level of soiling and the conditions in the room — whether it is warm, dry and well ventilated.
In most cases, upholstery takes around 4 to 12 hours to dry completely.
👉 Want to speed up the drying process? Make sure the room is well ventilated.
👉 Need it dry sooner? We also offer express assisted drying using professional upholstery air movers that significantly reduce drying time.

Do I need to prepare anything before the cleaning?
All you need to provide is access to the furniture, water and an electrical socket. You do not need to vacuum or prepare any cleaning products — we bring all the professional equipment and detergents with us.
Please remove loose cushions, blankets and toys from the sofa before our arrival. Storage compartments and under-seat boxes do not need to be emptied.
Can upholstery cleaning affect the fabric’s colour?
We use cleaning products and methods selected specifically for each type of fabric — to remove the dirt, not the colour.
We never work blindly. Before cleaning, we always carry out a test in an inconspicuous area to make sure the fabric reacts safely and without any surprises.

How often should mattresses be cleaned?

Are the cleaning products you use safe? Will my floor be protected?
We use trusted, professional cleaning products selected specifically for each type of fabric. They are suitable for homes with children, pets and allergy sufferers.
During the cleaning process, we carefully control the amount of moisture used, helping to keep the floor dry. When necessary, we protect it with towels or protective sheeting to prevent marks or discolouration.
After the service, we always check the floor carefully to make sure everything has been left clean and tidy.
What if I need urgent or after-hours upholstery cleaning?
In urgent situations, we may be able to offer an express cleaning service. The price is quoted individually, depending on the time and location.
Overnight cleaning after 11:00 p.m. is available only occasionally and for larger jobs, due to the noise generated by the equipment.
What is the minimum booking value, and when do you offer free travel?
For smaller jobs, the minimum booking value is PLN 190.
For larger bookings worth over PLN 600, we also offer free travel outside our standard service area.
